11/ Transfers from Rhodes Airport to your Accommodation
Clients can arrive on any day and must make their own arrangements by taxis/bus and ferry. This is relatively easy and we can include detailed instructions with your documentation if asked.
When arranging transfers yourself it is advisable to select flights that arrive in Rhodes before 16:00, otherwise, you may miss the boat connection to Symi.
12/ Passports and Visas
A valid ten-year passport is required for entry into Greece. Holders of EU passports do not require a visa for entry into Greece. If you do not hold an EU passport, please check with your country Greek Consulate.
13/ Number of Nights in your Accommodation
The date from which the accommodation is reserved and the number of nights for which it has been booked is shown in the travel documentation. Apartments are usually made available from 12.00 hours on the day from which the reservation has been made. It is standard practice for apartments to be vacated by midday.
14/ Damage and Breakages
Clients are responsible for the costs of rectifying any damage or deficiency arising from their occupancy. It is important, therefore, that any damage or deficiency noted on arrival is brought to our attention as soon as possible.
16/ Resort Development
Building work and development is common. Although you are on holiday, your chosen destination is not, normal life continues and this may include some noise at times. Where we are aware of any work which could seriously affect the enjoyment of a holiday, we will notify this as soon as possible.
Most people take foreign holidays seeking the sunshine, meet different people and experience a different way of life. In fact, the people have different attitudes and priorities. Food and mealtimes, shopping hours and work patterns are different. Insects such as Ants and Cockroaches thrive in Greek climate and whilst harmless they can be a nuisance though easily eradicated if brought to our attention. Disruption of electricity and water supplies may also occur and as much use is made of solar panels for heating, lack of sunshine or heavy usage at some times of the day may result in water not being as hot as desirable. Please, in such cases be patient.
