Hermes apartment is situated in the middle of a row of three properties lining the beach at Marathounda.

The properties are conversions of the original buildings to a high standard of comfort and design. Marathounda bay is located towards the southern end of the island, about a 20-minute drive from Symi town. The bay itself is pebbly with wonderfully clear waters ideal for snorkeling. On the beach is a taverna that serves traditional Greek dishes as well as fresh fish.

From the beach, a gate leads into the terrace which runs the length of the property. Double doors then open into the kitchen/ living area. This has a fitted unit containing a sink, hob, mini oven, dining furniture, and a bed settee suitable for a child. A back door opens out onto a small terrace/ walkway overlooking the Marathounda farm.

From the kitchen a door leads into the modern fully tiled bathroom with a half-sized bath with shower and wall-mounted hair dryer.

The bedroom has an antique style iron double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning and a window overlooking the beach.
